General Terms Policy

Our Delivery Goal:

Our goal for delivery is to meet customer expectations of receiving products that are in pristine condition, at the right place, the right time and in the most efficient and cost-effective means available.

General Terms:

All shipments are FOB from Bremen, IN.
Freight rates are based on the dealer landed multiplier.
For dealers within our local delivery area, a fixed delivery charge will be applied.
Bremtown offers jobsite delivery for an additional fee.
Bremtown will deliver on company trucks or private contract carrier.
The product will be plastic shrink and blanket wrapped at the factory.
While it is not recommended, dealers may opt to pick-up shipments at the factory, provided a pre-arranged pick-up time is established. The dealer should provide their own shipping blankets and labor is provided to assist in loading the order. A pick-up fee will be assessed at the final invoice.
