Receiving Product

Deliveries are tailgate deliveries, and the dealer is responsible for providing personnel to unload the truck.
It is the dealer’s responsibility to inspect the product for damage and completeness upon delivery.
- Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the driver’s bill of lading and delivery documents and reported to Bremtown at time of delivery.
- When the product is being delivered to a third-party logistics company, it is the dealer’s responsibility to hold the third-party logistics company accountable for inspecting and noting any visible damage or shortages coming off the Bremtown truck.
The delivery company retains the right to refuse delivery due to site accessibility or any safety concerns.
