• Description: Typical job orders for custom cabinetry and miscellaneous supporting parts
• Examples: Kitchen, Bath, Pantry, Island, Laundry, Mud Room, etc…
• Pricing: Standard Landed Multiplier Pricing
• Lead Times: Standard Lead Times
• Special Notes: Standard Order Process

Parts Orders

• Description: Job completion items related to prior orders shipped
• Examples: Moldings, panels, fillers, doors and drawer fronts (not cabinets)
• Pricing: Standard Landed Multiplier Pricing Plus 15%
• Lead Times: Communicated at time of order, typical is 10 working days
• Special Notes: Complexity or purchasing requirements may impact lead times

Hot Rush Orders

• Description: Up to 3 Cabinets and parts needed in shorter than standard lead times
• Examples: Bathroom, kitchen completion, additional room
• Pricing: Standard Landed Multiplier Pricing Plus 20%
• Lead Times: Communicated at time of order, typical is 10 working days
• Special Notes: Complexity or purchasing requirements may impact lead times

Warranty Orders

• Description: Cabinets or parts replaced under approved warranty
• Examples: Cabinets, Panels, Parts, etc…
• Pricing: No Charge
• Lead Times: Communicated at time of order, ASAP
• Special Notes: Complexity or purchasing requirements may impact lead times

Sample Orders

• Description: Sample doors, color blocks, color development etc.
• Examples: Sample Doors, Fan Deck, Mix and Match, Color Match, Sample Blocks
• Pricing: SKU Dependent
• Lead Times: SKU Dependent
