Warranty Claim Request

It is Bremtown Cabinetry’s goal to process warranty claims in an expeditious manner. This form should only be used for issues that fall under the warranty conditions described below. If your issue does not fall under these conditions and you need to add or replace an item related to a previous design order, please use Order Express to place a new order referencing the original Factory Order #. This form should be filled out completely to avoid a delay or denial of claim. Considerations for coverage will be evaluated against the current Warranty Policy.

The factory maintains the option to have the item returned for repair, provide a full replacement or work with the dealer to resolve the issue on site. Moving forward on a resolution without a written claim approval from the factory could result in a denial of your claim. Should onsite repairs be required, a credit amount will be established by Bremtown based on both time and market rates for reasonable reimbursement on the customer’s account.

All cabinets should be checked carefully when receiving and prior to installation. Issues found should be reported immediately along with pictures. Claims for shipping damage on installed cabinets will not be accepted.
